I have created my event . How do I update my bank /Payment Gateway details?

To add bank or payment gateway details, please login to your dashboard. Click on the top right corner profile Icon and select "Profile & Settings" from the dropdown. The "Profile & Setting" page loads up. Please select the Payment &  Bank option from the left side menu  under organization menu and update the details.  

Based on the central agencies guidelines of Marketplace, you can only have one bank account attached to your account on explara. If the payment for your previous event has been settled to the bank details available on the dashboard, you cannot change the bank details nor the bank account details change will be entertained.
