Provision is available to set a date till when you are looking to accept responses to the Survey. Once this date is past, responses would not be captured.
Follow these steps to update the date :
Login >> Survey >> Click "Manage" on the particular Survey >> In the left panel, click on "Setup" >> Settings >> Response Closure Date
