The event landing page has an option to reach out to event Organiser. This is provided to the Buyers or potential buyers to send out their query to the event organiser directly by using the option "Ask Organiser". Once the query is submitted, a mail is sent to the event organiser and at the same time the same query is stored on the dashboard under Support/User's Query.
