Cancelling a ticket is all about cancelling the order or cancelling one of the tickets from that order. There is a simplest way to cancel an attendee. Go to Attendee/Attendee List and click the Manage button which is in the last column of that Attendee. Select the "Cancel" option from list and proceed with the steps. The attendee will be cancelled and the record would be removed from the attendee list.
