ExplaraBiz is a platform provider, and it doesn't sell any goods or services of its own. Seller or vendors across the globe use ExplaraBiz to sell their goods/services or to reach out to their customers to collect payment etc. Cancellation/refund is at the sole discretion of the seller, and the buyer needs to reach out to the seller for any such clarification. It is up to the buyer and seller to communicate with each other and address the cancellation and refund issues. ExplaraBiz doesn't play any role in that apart from providing the platform to facilitate this.
