Top contacts are defined by the tags associated to them. Higher the number of tags, higher the ranking of a contact. This allows you to figure out which contacts require more tags to be associated.
Top contacts can be found by following these steps:
Login > Marketing Tools > Overview > Analyse > Top Contacts
