Does Explara charge a transaction fee?

Do you offer a free trial?

For customers who are using Stripe/Paypal with our products, we offer you to trial our event ticketing and online selling in “Starter plan” for 5 transactions each. After the free 5th transaction, you will need to add your Credit card for ongoing usage, we will bill only when you use the product as per the pay-as-you-go plan.

For customers who are using Explara’s integrated payment gateway, we take a small percentage /fee on each sale in the Starter plan.

How can I stop my Explara subscription?

If you decide not to use Explara products any further, you can cancel the subscription from the respective product billing section and you will not be charged thereafter.

Can I upgrade/downgrade plans at any time?

Yes, Explara allows you to upgrade to the Premium plan and you can downgrade to the pay-as-you-go starter plan whenever you want to.

Are there any setup fees?

Explara products are DIY (Do-it-Yourself) and easy to use, there are no setup fees. However, we offer enterprise products that have setup fees based on your customization needs.

Will my data be private and safe?

Explara has been in the business for more than a decade, and we have the process and solutions in place to safeguard your privacy and data. You can find more about our privacy policy here.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No. You can sign up for free and start using Explara in the Starter plan. Once you are happy with our free trial offer in the Starter plan or want to upgrade to Premium, you need to enter your card details.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, Explara lets you cancel your subscription, and close your account anytime you want.

What if I don't want to provide my credit card details, will I still be able to use Explara?

You can open an account for free and explore our product range, we don’t ask for a credit card for the same. We offer Explara Membership Software for free for 1 group and 50 members. For all our products, we offer a Starter plan in which we take a small fee when you sell, we need your credit card to bill you for the pay-as-you-go plan.

Why do you collect my Credit card details?

Explara is a collection of many software that you might be needing for your business. Some of the solutions are pay-as-you-go where your credit card will not be charged. But some of the solutions you need to subscribe to use. And hence you will be charged on a monthly basis. Your card will be charged based on the products you subscribe to your business.
